Two best guys!
I forgot to mention one of the most important things about vacation – Ben lost his first tooth! Fortunately, the tooth fairy found us in Williamsburg.

We just got back from a week long vacation in Colonial Williamsburg. Fun family times. The highlights were definitely the water park there, Water Country, USA and Busch Gardens. I loved the Busch Gardens there. It was like Disney! The theme is Europe, and each part of the park is themed to be like Italy, Germany, etc. Very clean and good food. I want to go back for sure. Here are some pictures…

Will enjoying a S'More at our hotel.

Ben at Colonial Williamsburg. Cool to see, the boys could have skipped this day.

It has been a long time since I posted a recipe, but tonight we ate such a good meal, and it was easy and inexpensive. We made grilled pizza!
Here’s the recipe for the crust..
3 cups flour
1 t salt
2 T sugar
1 pkg yeast (.25oz)
1 cup warm water
2 T olive oil
Combine dry ingredients, then add water and oil. Knead. I always use the dough hook on my kitchenaid. This is a no rise recipe, so it is ready to go. Makes awesome calzones by the way.
I divide into four pieces and roll into pizza crust, about 7-9 inches round. Brush one side with olive oil. Place oil side down on preheated grill (medium high heat). Grill aprox 3-4 minutes. These things cook quick, so have your toppings right next to the grill. Open grill, brush tops with more oil, then flip over. Top with your favorite sauce and toppings. Close grill and cook another few minutes. I don’t even have a picture because we gobbled these up. So good.
Three boys are keeping me busy. This summer is FLYING by. The kids have been busy at camp, VBS, swim lessons, and tball. This week we are enjoying fun around town – the zoo and parks. Here some new pictures of everybody.

And if you didn’t hear… We bought a minivan !!!!

Calvin is a great baby, or maybe I just don’t have time for fussiness. If he has been fed and changed, I typically let him fuss if the other boys (including one 36 year old boy) need something. He has learned to roll with it!
Calvin is not the only one in the house who likes the bouncy chair…

All the boys are enjoying a very relaxing Easter. We are home today with no party to go to. I am making a small meal just for us. Ben has been playing MarioKart almost all afternoon – a gift from the Easter bunny. What a great day! Here are some new pictures of the boys…

Three brothers bathed and ready for bed!

Calvin taking a bottle. Mom needs a breaks sometime!

Will hugging his Pablo doll. He loves the Backyardigans.
In case you didn’t see these pictures..
A photographer from Bella Baby came to the hospital to take pictures of Calvin. This is what they do now instead of those awful frog/baby pictures. I love looking at these!

So far so good at home. Everyone is doing well and the boys seem to LOVE there brother.
